About Thaksha
I'm a UX researcher who embraces accessibility to empower users.
Driven by my intellectual curiosity in completing a unique combination of subjects in my undergraduate studies, mathematics, linguistics and French, I take advantage of cognitive diversity to create accessible and inclusive solutions.
I value considering the variability of experiences, in particular, the variability of impairments under specific contexts and environments, in order to encompass a holistic view of the needs of society to create better experiences.
Adapting as a social chameleon, I use various research methods (e.g. interviews and surveys), research artifacts (e.g. affinity diagrams, empathy maps, personas, etc) and usability studies (e.g. heuristic evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs) to comprehend why users experience particular problems and how could it be solved.
